We Review & Follow Up Fast
We'll review your inquiry and come back with any follow-up questions and a preliminary offer — typically within 15 minutes during business hours. We may ask for additional photos, the weight of bullion pieces, or other details that help us give you the most accurate number.
Schedule an In-Person Appointment
Once we've exchanged photos and preliminary details, we'll set up an in-person meeting. We offer appointments at our location in Social Circle or can arrange home visits for larger collections (travel fees apply outside our standard service area). Bring your items in for a final hands-on evaluation.
Get Paid — Same Day
If you accept our offer, we pay same day. Cash, check, or bank transfer — your choice. There's never any obligation, and we'll never pressure you. If you decide you'd rather hold on to your items, that's completely fine too.
